These bare Aluminum louvered panels are specifically designed for the 2013-2017 Jeep Wrangler. They are cut on a computer-controlled high definition plasma and then punched on a high tonnage press brake. They haver much crisper stronger forms and larger deeper openings to really get that hot air out of your engine compartment (see photo). These are designed to be bolted on (with included Stainless Steel hardware) with the holes already punched. They are made from .050″thick 3003 aluminum. The 44 louvers are 5″ wide and 3/8 tall to get the hottest air out of that engine compartment. Mounting hardware provided is 3/4″ long 1/4″-20 Stainless Steel Button Head Machine bolts with self-locking nuts (you don’t have to mess around with lock washers) We also include the 5/32″ hex wrench!
